Terms of use

Effective October 6, 2026

These are the conditions for using snododata.com, the website of Snodo. They explain what the site offers, what we expect from the people who use it and which law applies if there is a disagreement.

In short

Acceptance

These terms govern your use of snododata.com, the website of Snodo ("Snodo", "we"). By using the site, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

What this site offers

Snodo provides data infrastructure, business intelligence, creative content and automation services. The site describes those services and lets you write to us or schedule a session.

What we publish is general information, not professional advice. For a recommendation about your business, talk to us directly.

Sessions and paid services

The first session offered on the site is free and does not oblige you to buy anything.

If you later hire us, that work will be governed by a written agreement between you and Snodo. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.

Intellectual property

Except for the third-party trademarks explained in the next section, the text, charts, logos, images, videos and code on this site belong to Snodo or to those who licensed them to us, and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

You may view them and share links to the site. Copying, modifying or using them commercially requires our written permission.

Third-party trademarks

AWS, Excel, PostgreSQL, n8n, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Google, Meta and the other third-party names, logos and trademarks that appear on this site belong to their respective owners. We show them only to indicate the tools we work with. Their use does not imply sponsorship, endorsement or partnership with Snodo, unless we say so expressly.

If you own one of these trademarks and would rather we did not show it, write to contact@snododata.com and we will remove it.

Acceptable use

When using the site, you agree not to:

  • Use it for any unlawful purpose.
  • Submit false information, or someone else's details without their permission.
  • Try to access the site, its systems or the data they hold without authorization.
  • Disrupt how it works, for example by flooding the forms with automated submissions.
  • Extract its content with automated tools beyond what our robots.txt file allows.
  • Send viruses or any other harmful code.

What you send us

When you write to us through a form, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. How we handle it is explained in our privacy policy.

No warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We try to keep the information correct, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or error-free.

Figures, charts and scenarios on the site are illustrative. They show how we work, not promised results: what your business achieves will depend on your data, your situation and the scope of the work.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, neither Snodo nor its partners, employees or agents will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the site, including loss of data, revenue or business opportunities, even if those damages were foreseeable.

Indemnification

You agree to hold Snodo and its partners, employees and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that result from your breach of these terms or your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to them will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will post the new version on this page with its effective date. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the new version.
