Privacy policy

Effective October 27, 2026

Snodo operates the website snododata.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit it or write to us, what we use it for, where it is stored and how we protect it.

In short

Information we collect

What you give us

When you use one of our forms we collect your name, your email, your phone number if you choose to give it, the message you write and, on the scheduling form, your type of business and what you need solved. We store it to reply to you and manage the business relationship.

What is collected automatically

  • With each form: the page language, the page you wrote from and the page you came from, if your browser reports it. They tell us which part of the site brought you to us.
  • When you visit: like any web server, our hosting provider's may log technical details of the visit, such as your IP address and browser.
  • Visit measurement: we use Google Analytics to learn how many people visit the site, which pages they read, what kind of device they use and their approximate country or city. See the cookies section.
  • Typeface: your browser downloads the site font from a provider's servers, which receive your IP address.

Apart from Google Analytics, we do not use logged site search or advertising pixels.

How we use it

  • To reply and prepare the conversation you asked for.
  • To follow up on that conversation while you are still interested.
  • To let our team know a new message has arrived.
  • To protect the site from abuse and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for their own marketing, and we will not send you newsletters unless you ask.

Where it is stored and for how long

  • Form submissions are stored in a database with servers in the United States.
  • We keep them for 24 months from our last contact. After that we delete them, unless we have an ongoing business relationship with you or the law requires us to keep them longer.
  • Hosting and typeface logs are kept under those providers' own policies.
  • Google Analytics data is stored by Google, on servers that may be outside your country, for the period set in our account, at most 14 months.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses Google Analytics 4, which stores the _ga and _ga_* cookies in your browser to tell one visit from another. They last up to 2 years. They show us which pages are read and how people reach the site. We do not use them for advertising or to identify you by name.

We use no other cookies and no other tracking technology such as advertising pixels or browser fingerprinting.

You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings, or turn off Google Analytics on every site with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Third-party services

To run the site we work with providers of these kinds. They process data on our behalf and only for the purpose shown:

Database
Stores the forms you submit. Servers in the United States.
Email delivery
Sends our team the notice when a message arrives.
Web hosting
Serves the site. Like any web server, it may log technical details of a visit.
Google Analytics
Measures visits to the site. Google receives your IP address, browser details and the pages you visit. More in Google's privacy policy.
Typeface
Delivers the site font to your browser, and receives your IP address when it does.

Your rights

At any time you can ask us to:

  • Tell you what data of yours we hold.
  • Correct anything inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Delete it from our systems.
  • Stop using it to follow up with you.

Write to contact@snododata.com from the address you contacted us with. We reply within 30 days, at no cost.

How we protect it

Forms travel encrypted. The database only lets the site add new messages: from the site, nobody can read, change or delete what other people wrote. Access to the data is limited to our team.

No system is infallible. If an incident ever affects your data, we will tell you.

Minors

This site is meant for businesses and professionals, not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe we did, write to us and we will delete it right away.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with its effective date. If a change affects how we use data you already gave us, we will email you before it takes effect.
